Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at xpk77. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xpk77 will close the duplicate account(s), and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Withdrawal of real money funds from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xpk77 username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. xpk77 staff will never ask for your password. You may request closure of your xpk77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any required KYC verification. An account is considered dormant where no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. xpk77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
